Saw a 2014 Honda with very low mileage and only 1 owner. Drove up, they beat the APR rates of my credit union. Car was immaculate inside and out. 1 blemish. Car was filed up, cleaned, and ready for pick up. Thanks Cory you guys rocked it! Yes, when I'm looking for another vehicle, I will contact them. The drive was not an issue. The return drive was horrible, but that was to be expected.

I did not have a favorable experience servicing our car. The dealership advertised five-star service, but that was not my experience in terms of service time, communication, and customer service. I've had much better experiences with less luxurious car dealerships with less service cost.

I recently visited this service center with my Sprinter Van 3500 i also have a AMG C63, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The communication from the staff was inadequate, which led to misunderstandings and frustration. Service times were much longer than anticipated, causing significant inconvenience. Particularly concerning was my interaction with an employee named Jesse, whose approach I found to be disrespectful. It seems there might be a need for additional training or customer service improvement in this regard. In contrast, I have had consistently positive experiences at Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa. Despite being a bit farther for those in South OC, their service quality is remarkable. The staff there is not only responsive and attentive but also seems genuinely enthusiastic about their work, providing a first-class service experience every time. I hope this feedback is helpful for the management to make necessary improvements. Customer service is paramount, and there's definitely room for growth here.
