Bought my car a month ago and was offered to purchased a ceramic coating as part of my warranty specials. Until this day nobody calls me back to get it done and when I finally drop my car off to ask for the service to be done, my car is still sitting in there for two days and nobody seems to know who needs to make sure the service is done. Been transfer from services, to sale and then to advisor…in the mid while I am car less until administration figure it out. Horrible experience for my first time been a Mercedes customer

I purchased a 2017 G63 from the dealership. I was promised Mercedes Benz all weather floor mates. It has been several months and numerous calls and broken promises and no mates. The Salesperson said he can't find them. We agreed on a Marcedes Benz cargo net instead. My salesperson has know ghosted me. Beware if you are going to purchase a car from them.

Albert is amazing! He made buying my car such a calm, delightful experience. He helped me find what I was looking for & was always receptive and ready to answer all my questions. He felt like family. I would recommend him to everyone in the market for a new car. The dealership is beautiful and everyone there is super accommodating as well. Just a great place all around.

I have been using Mercedes of Massapequa service department for over 2 years. Julia Callagy has been my service advisor since day one, and she is always making sure all my conserns and questions are addressed with the upmost care and attention. The service manager Assen Harizanov has in more than one occasion showed tremendous interest in all clients who are waiting while their vehicles are being serviced, to make sure everything is up to their expectations.
