Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre (Service Center)

Highly disappointed with the Mercedes service. Went there with 3 issues and major was a very bad squeak coming from the wheel area. The advisor George said they’ll keep it for 2 days to observe and get back to me. I got my car back after a week with no solution. They couldn’t figure out the problem. Meanwhile when I tried to reach them I couldn’t. They don’t text back or pick up calls. I sent the car with my brother the next day again and he had a test drive with the technician and felt the noise. This time they kept it longer and after all this time they suggested changing brakes with Rotors might help which will cost me around $1800 & it's almost a new car (2023) with around 13k miles only! According to other reviews I went through they’ll keep guessing the issues and keep changing the parts. I took my car back without any servicing. Not to mention they billed me for diagnosis charge for keeping my car for that long and fail to diagnose anything & also it's still in warranty. Worst part is when I went to bring my car back I found my new customized number plate bended caused by their car wash where clearly stated no car wash. On top of that their attitude toward customers was not nice at all. I went there to resolve one issue, in return I lost my 2 weeks of time, my new number plate and bad service from Mercedes!!!

Disappointing Experience! I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this car service center. They've had my vehicle for over a week and I've yet to receive a single update on the repair status. The lack of communication is staggering. As a customer, I expect to be kept informed about the progress of my vehicle's repair. Instead, I've been left in the dark. To make matters worse, they've actually damaged my vehicle while it was in their care. This level of negligence is unacceptable. The staff seems more interested in judging customers than providing decent service. I would not recommend this car service center to anyone. # Avoid this place!

Do you want incompetence? This is definitely a place to go to where do I Begin from that informing me that I should’ve put the loaner car after I took a day off from work and drove all the way out there and by the way, they don’t even inform you that the service center is not the same location as the location listed so once you get there, you will have to drive another 20 minutes to get to the service center route service advisors, incompetent service manager not sure if this is because it’s being run by a female, and this is coming from another female. Offered no solution after wasting my time, tea and gas coming out there and got nothing resolved. Will never be back there again.

Terrible. No communication poor customer service from everyone except young ladies at reception. The most i ever invested in a car and the worst service. Never again. Back to ford or Subaru when my lease up. Not worth it.

Truly unimaginable horrible service. Do not believe the fake reviews they bribe customers to leave. I"ve never seen anything like it. 8 hours for a $1000 oil change. No one has any clue what is going on here. The appointment times are irrelevant. Their time estimates are irrelevant. Their pricing estimates are irrelevant. Just blatant liars that will do and say anything to steal your money. Never again. Bmw is superior service. But even compared to other mercedes dealers, this place is bottom of the barrel. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn't come back if it saved the life of my child.
