I had the pleasure of working with Tony, the manager of the service department, and I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and kindness. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through several options regarding a complicated issue with my vehicle repairs after a collision. Tony made a very stressful situation much easier, and he truly helped put my mind at ease about the tough choices I needed to make. Additionally, the sales department was super friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the trade-in of my out-of-country vehicle, which made the entire experience even better. I am very grateful for their support and highly recommend that location.

Leyla was great! Very kind and helpful and not pushy in any way. She worked with us on the price of a used car and got it within our budget, so we were very happy! It's only been 2 days, but so far it seems like a great car, so we feel like we got a great deal!

Great experience getting my recall service here. Chris was friendly and I liked that he was not pushy. The waiting area was comfortable and had stocked mini kitchen with beverages and snacks. Everyone there were courteous and made me feel at ease.

My service guy seemed stressed out and unable to stay focused. It felt like everyone was on high alert in general and stressed out. I would describe my experience as rushed, and less personalized. The anxious energy was palpable. It felt like the numbers or quotas were down and everyone was trying to demonstrate that they were trying their best to bring them back up. All good but definitely not the best customer experience. To top it off my car wash came back not dry with streaks all over and visibly still dirty. When I commented I was told that’s how it is — it looked really rushed, not sure what’s going on but it’s effecting quality and service standards. This is the second time in 8 months that I’ve had a poor experience.
