Been with mercedes for years and this is the worse one to bring your car to service to. If you don’t mind having your time wasted & being treated like your driving a junk car even though you are in a brand new mercedes then this might be the place for you.

Hello everyone. I wish I could give these people zero . Stay away from these people and also this dealership. My wife and I went to this dealership in October 2022. We’ve been asked to see Jefferson Al Monte . Initially he was okay , typical salesman. Once we got approved he was acting arrogant and kept blaming Mercedes system for his incompetence.Anyways the sale was done without getting any discount nor full disclosure on various items. Within the first 15 days of buying the car unfortunately got in to a small accident and the person who hit the car was nice and ready to pay out of pocket . Went to this location and met their body shop guy MICHAEL WHITE . The most unprofessional gentleman , lack of knowledge, kept saying “PARTNER” , and gave an estimate and an appointment for December 12 2022 . Advised will arrange a loaner , since then to today January 20 2023 never heard from him . Have no record of my appointment. When I called his assistant Ms ZORAIDA have no clue what’s going on . Assured me he will call me as soon as he is back from lunch( I believe he’s still eating his lunch ) tried reaching out to JEFFERSON. As usual I will call you right back . No response. After getting frustrated with the situation decided to reach out to general manager spoke to Mr JIMMY MACAGNA on December 21 2022 . Explained everything, also expressed we are interested in a brand new car GLS 600 MAYBACK. Right away he wanted to get the sale and said don’t go to any other dealership . And advised will be correcting the mistake . Also will be calling back in the next 20 mins after finding out what went wrong . ( still waiting for that call ) finally decided to get money back for the repair , that’s another task as MR WHITE nor ZORAIDA wants to return the money . After repeated calls service Manager MR JOHN HUNT calls me back and fixed everything also apologized for everything. Well how can you blame the employees when the general manager doesn’t care about their customers. I think their motto is we will call you back but will never . So keep waiting !!!! So my suggestion to everyone STAY AWAY from this place . They are not fit to be in a customer service industry especially a big name like Mercedes-Benz. A big disgrace to the name PEPE MOTORS . My advise go some other place and spend your money where your business is appreciated. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE.

Let me just start off by saying, I am the one who ten times out of nine usually over look trivial encounters, however I can't express enough how deeply disappointed I am with my experience this morning at Mercedes Benz Of White Plains. The young gentleman that greeted me was a pleasure to speak with as he always has a phenomenal presence and personality, Upon receiving my email that said Linda would be my person of contact for my vehicles servicing appointment, than I was shuffled off to Carlos, this is my second time getting my vehicle serviced since I've had it, the first experience was outstanding, unlike this encountered visit. The first engagement with Carlos was uncomfortable, the nice gentleman that I mentioned previously answered a question that I had and than was rudely interrupted by Carlos, " I make the decision here ,she speaks to me not you" What a narcissist! Just despicable!I could not believe the way he spoke to the young man. Which instantly left a bad first impression. If you can speak to your team that way it definitely shows me that you are incapable of having any kind of humility. Nonetheless he never once addressed me accordingly and or introduced himself formally. I am not walking into a mom and pop dealer which is nothing wrong with such car dealers, but to make my point; I just walked into a Mercedes Benz dealership which is held to a stellar standard. Supposedly! "Carlos" than asked me to follow him so he could review what service my vehicle needed. I expressed to him that I had been a little pressed for time and I'd like to have a standard oil and filter change, which seemed to be frowned upon. He than procrastinate by telling me that I will not be able to do this because my vehicle is up for a B1 service." Excuse me? " You don't have the authority to dictate my time if I ask for a service than this is what I have time to do. This is what I signed up for when I made my original appointment. You can make a suggestion, of course but I will do what I see is best at the moment. He definitely has no personable people skills which is extremely disappointing being that he is in the hospitality industry. Than upon continuing to push a service that I clearly stated I did not have the time to do he had the audacity to tell me that he understood if the full service which was $700.00 wasn't in my budget, again excuse me? This was appalling to me. I'm sure I could have charged the fee for maintenance on my Amex Platinum card which I'm sure my 100k limit wouldn't have been declined. I refused to have any further communication with this Narcissist and distasteful individual. I was than passed over to the Director, which I do apologize can't recall his name, he tried to be transparent and assist however the negative energy and ferocious encounter left me in an uncomfortable situation where I just didn't want anything to do with this place. Quite the contrary of my past experiences. My experience with the sales department has been bewildering. The service department on the other hand, by far the worst experience in history. Atrocious if I may be Frank. When I bring my Maserati to service, Exceptional! Stellar! Customer Service! White Plains Mercedes Benz should invest in a course or two to get the egotistical Men in question some further hospitality training and truly learn the ART of spectacular guest services. Also time management as well, I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment and was given a quoted time for the vehicle completion to be estimated 1:00 p.m.When I was told upon making my appointment it would take approximately one hour, the time quoted isn't the issue, its definitely the poor coordination. I am a business woman and my time is extremely valuable to me, clearing not a priority for this dealership which is unbelievable and un-professionally dissatisfying.
