Mercedes-Benz Service

I wanted to get a new car with Benz but after the terrible service I’ve experienced from not being able to get a loaner to terrible service advisor experience in the last month I will never repurchase again. I’ve been a loyal Benz owner for the last 10 years+ but the service I experienced from a specific advisor here from Ruth Wein. was the absolute worst. If you can avoid having this individual as your service advisor, I recommend avoiding at all costs!! Felt like I was my own service advisor terrible to no communication the both times I had to take my car in. First time I had RW as my service advisor she didn’t communicate the issue with my tire or state if I had to pay anything she bases everything on assumptions (in both times I took my car for servicing) and individual signed off on my car for a tow without asking about personal belongings but i informed her prior that I was going to come in Nd never informed me about the tow coming this has costed me money due to the time away from work. She’s also very sarcastic and doesn’t seem like no interest in helping folks. Please avoid her as your service advisor!!

I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon. Was told the car be ready by Thursday. Never heard from anyone Wednesday. When we called on Thursday we were told by Ruth our service agent that the car will be ready Friday. This is for a simple rim replacement. The brakes were also squeaking. I was told Thursday that the pads were fine but there is some defect regarding the ceramic surrounding them. Mercedes does not stand behind that and they wanted us to pay to replace them. I passed. Called on Friday to get an update on the car. Was told that Ruth was out of the office. Asked to speak to somebody that was assisting her. Was put from voicemail to voicemail. Called late Friday afternoon finally got somebody on the phone who told me the car is not ready. Called again Saturday morning. Got put to voicemail. Had to go to the service center. Spoke to Vinny who told me they were working on the car and it would be ready within two hours. Received a call from Ruth an hour later telling me that the rim did not come in and the car would not be ready until Monday. The poorest execution, communication I’ve ever had with any business. Amazing to me that they can operate this way. Very poorly run. Looking forward to receiving their survey.

Very disappointed with Mercedes road side service. Waited more than 4 hours to be towed! Again, run flat tire problem. Unable to drive. Had to beg for loaner. Antoinette was as accommodating as she could be, but nevertheless I am not happy.

The customer service here is horrible. I won’t recommend this location to anyone. They would need to re-staff and re-train this location in order to achieve great customer service. Let’s just say if you drop off your car for service then you won’t see your car until two weeks or so. And they didn’t even provide a loaner.
