I knew I was running on borrowed time with my sprinter and John was the perfect person to help me understand and prioritize next steps. My van gets high usage and I now understand what real maintenance means. My van needed everything from Service A to B and way beyond. It wasn’t inexpensive but less then most shops; we choose to live in California, right? Jon and his team were completely transparent, timely and efficient with the work. Their system for estimates and sign off made life so clear and easy. Thank you team!!!

Service was thorough and professional with clear explanations about the process and how my 2019 Sprinter 3500 works. Jon and Timothy were genuinely enthusiastic about their work and restored my confidence in this uncertain business world. John is a most knowledgeable diagnostician and excellent mechanic who originally trained at Mercedes in Germany. Hos training shows and inspires confidence. I have a 1999 roadster, so many of the dealer mechanics were not even born or toddlers when my car was manufactured. I highly recommend Mercedes Doctor for quality repairs

I brought in my GLC300 for battery and some switch issues. Spent $500 (already very expensive to me) for inspection and diagnostics, and ended up deciding not to go with them because pricing was very expensive. I ended up going back to my dealership Autobahn in Belmont. They charge $1044 to replace Main battery and aux battery. My dealership told me I have a capacitor and it lasts longer than an aux battery and it doesn't need a replacement. Dealership charged me $632 They charge $780 to replace the master switch on my driver seat and dealership charged me $569. They charge $340 to replace a trunk switch and dealership charged me $584. But they are not sure if this will fully fixes it and needs to run further diagnostic once they get the part. Other maintenance cost is about the same as a dealership like ~$1K for transmission oil. They do not offer loaners. I do not recommend this shop since I expect a local shop to be more affordable and won't rip me off like a dealership. In this case, dealerhip is cheaper, more convenient with a loaner and seems to know more about my Mercedes battery situation. Will try my luck with another local shop next time.
