We had a fantastic experience at Merit Auto Body. After a minor fender bender, we brought our car in to get the front bumper repaired, and I am beyond impressed with their work. From the moment I walked in, the team (Paul and Bianca) was friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about getting my car back to its best condition. Not only did they fix the bumper flawlessly, but they went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. The bumper looks as good as new, and they even took the time to clean and make my car shine. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch. They genuinely care about their work and their customers. They communicated with me every step of the way, ensuring I knew what was going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend Merit Autobody for any auto body work. I can’t say thank you enough to Paul and his team, they’ve been truly amazing! What they did is a pure magic, my car is looking like brand new now! The best auto body shop I worked with. You know how you become stressed just at the mere thought of your car needing to be worked on and not having your vehicle for who knows how long? With Merit Auto Body, it isn't that. Paul, who owns the shop is outstanding and exceptional. He's lovely to speak with because he's sincere and honest. Those that work there are on top of their game. They worked out all the phone calls and details for a rental car and spoke to the insurance company without me having to say, "What? What happened? What do I need to do now?" There's none of that here. They said my car would be ready on September 26th and it was ready on the 21st! When I picked up my car, they contacted the rental company to freeze the contract so that I was not being charged any more, and they detailed my car after all the body repairs were completed. The repairs done on my car were exceptional too, and they kindly got rid of the dings left from those folks who open their rear door when the parking spaces are too narrow and leave a couple of dents without leaving a note on your windshield to apologize. My car looked brand new!! I only hope that when I'm ready to find a contractor to build my home, they have the same standards and values to customer service, which fall in the upper echelons of Merit Auto Body. I wish I could have given them all a big hug!!
