One of the best car shops you could go to. I came to get a repair for several issues on my Toyota sienna and I'm very pleased with the service. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Definitely visit this place for your car needs!

I’ve been a customer of this shop for over 12 years. From Jessie to Mohammed. The shop has a new owner now and they are completely dishonest. I came in yesterday and purchased 4 new tires. I paid in full. Since I work at night taking care of mentally disabled adults I informed the shop at the time of purchase that I will be in the next morning between 9-9:30. I was asked to sign an agreement. I also let them know that I work at night and drive far. I was told 9-9:30 is ok. I never got a call. I called the shop as I was leaving my overnight job and was told it’s ok to come in. When I got to that shop my tires are not there. I asked why was I met informed. Just so you understand it’s Saturday morning and I must return to work tonight and a snow storm is coming tonight. The owner says I can come back on MONDAY. I said that’s not fair please refund me and I can go to Mavis down the block or have somebody pick up some tires for me. Better yet just refund my money. After listening to him yelling at me he said he would refund me minus the shipping cost. I told him that not fair. I didn’t choose who to order the tires from. That’s between him and whatever company. I’m now here over 2 hours waiting and now they said they never said it would be here today from 9-9:30. 😩. They are dishonest to the highest standards. I’m done. After over 12 years of coming here I will not return. Other people here overheard the situation and said they won’t be back either. I just saw the response from the owner. I called 1/2 hour prior to coming back to the shop. I was not informed they were not delivered. Again. I ordered the tires to have them installed the next day since I work at night and as everyone knows we get walloped Saturday night I made that perfectly clear I was at the shop from 10:00 to 1:00. The owner did not acknowledge me except o tell me that I can’t come back if I left a review. Btw I’m 64 years old and never have people treat me so badly.

Just got my engine mounts installed. They was quick and communicative through the whole process. Pricing was also within reason. Will be reaching out for other jobs I need done in the future.
