Purchased my Reflection in August at a phenomenal price while just looking for decent deals for a good 5th wheel. No pressure from anyone, and as I live 400 miles from their dealership they removed unnecessary items from the warranty I purchased. The only issue was that it was just over a month before it was delivered due to a faulty component found by service during their inspection and it took a while to get the parts in. Austin was excellent in keeping communication up throughout the process and I was very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend considering them for your next RV purchase.

Bought a BRAND NEW camper from them. Not even a year later it's falling apart. Bought the extended warranty, can't get them to come out and look at my camper to fix issues.

My husband and I bought a new camper last yr and had break issues with it. MRV gave us issues about it and wouldn't correct the problem. (The breaks were on the wrong sides.....adjustable breaks) MRV said they cleaned them up and repacked the bearings. Only to find cob webs and break dust inside when we got it home. I wish there was a place on here to post pictures. We did get the breaks switched around.... not by MRV. They work fine now.

We had some issues in Florida camping & they fixed it for us. Come back & have had no water since Monday, they are ignoring but our calls now& please haven't been able to shower since Monday . They don't care it's not them! I believe we bought a lemon. I hope the owner sees this & reaches out to us. The manager Jim is now ignoring our calls! Which isn't running a good business for the owners. We now have problems with our kitchen floor, I feel like I'm going to fall through the floor & orange color is coming Thur the floor. I'm so tired of having nothing but problems with this RV. I really hope the owner sees this & tries to help us. Everyone including myself says we bought a lemon & should get a lawyer. All I want is for it to be fixed because apparently it's not under warranty & my husband got the real expensive warranty. Paying well over 6,000 dollars for it. So please I hope this gets to the owner & does something to help us out. My husband is a flooring installer & says it's nothing that we did wrong! Lemon buyer!
