Michael’s Towing of Sanger Inc.

With recent rains and my car parked off improved surface it was stuck in the mud. Towing came out lifted my car put down some 2x4 boards to get some traction and we three pushed my car out of the mud!!!! Awesome team work!!! So grateful to AAA and Michael's towing!!!!

Maria has to be the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. My car was towed using this company through my insurance USAA. My family is contacting our insurance company and warning them of the way this tow company conducts business and how they talk to people. We will be filling complaints asking that they find other local companies to help with their towing needs. Will be posting in all local groups and leaving reviews on any sites we can because we have never seen a business ran so incredibly unprofessional.

Just got done getting ripped off by this company. I was in a tight jam. My tire bearing on my boat trailer basicly exploded and my wheel basicly popped off and lost most the pieces to my axle. Kind of sucked but it was a freak accident what else can I do. I called around to some of the tow companies and landed on Michael's Tow. The lady on the phone, quoted me 100 dollars for hookup then 10 dollars for every mile. Luckily my tire place was only 14 miles away according to Google maps. So I'm looking at about 250 bucks... kinda steep but what can I do, this stuff does happen. The lady tells me 40 minutes and the tow truck driver will be there. 1.5 hours goes by and no driver. I call them back and they said there was another person in front of me but he's on his way. Another 1.5 hours later the tow truck driver arrives with the wrong truck... even he's mad cause he was told to bring this truck. He leaves and goes back to the yard to get the other truck he needs to tow my trailer. Another 45 minutes later he finally arrives and gets me square and takes my trailer 14 miles to the tire place. I then get told by there office they are charging me 500. Because they also charge for the mileage to come pick me up... ( extremely sneaky by the way) Do not go through this company!!! If you are ever in an unfortunate situation where you need help, do not call this company cause they will take advantage of your situation and prey on you like wolves. Call anyone else, I really hope No one goes through what I just did.

Used them for a flat tire. The tow truck driver was nice and very friendly. But to get a receipt from them to be reimbursed from my insurance is redicolous, they just keep giving me the run around!!! Will never use them again!!!
