I wanted to take the time to thank Brian, Greg, Morgan and Lisa for their years of dependable, quality and affordable service. They just recently came through for my sons car that needed some bumper work, they offered a couple of options for the repair and ultimately did a great job for a very reasonable cost. Most of our family has been using Mid Island for years and have always been happy with the work product. It certainly helps that the whole crew is very friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

I had a wonderful experience with Greg in carl place. The entire staff was great. They were professional, polite, and communicated well with me. Updates at all times. I took the damaged car to them, an i did not, nor did I ever wonder what and why the car took long to repair. Excellent job guys! Highly recommend to all! When you know, you know!!!!!

After my experience with Mid Island Collision, words alone cannot describe the exceptional customer service that they provide. Words alone also cannot describe the work that they perform. They take every job seriously and treat everyone’s car like it’s their own. I can tell you that the work that they do is an art form and they are the best at their craft. They assured me that I had nothing to worry about, which was true because they took care of everything flawlessly. I came to Mid Island with some body work that needed to be done to my M440i and when the work was completed my car looked fresh out the factory. At the end when every job is completed they detail your car that leaves it with a pristine shine. They are certified in many of your foreign exotic brands and they have shown me that they know exactly what they’re doing. Both only have they earned my business forever for any and all future body work, but I’ll make sure that everyone I know comes to Mid Island because they are just that good. Greg at Mid Island really makes you feel like he understands the mental and emotional feelings of something happening to your car and he takes charge and reassures you that everything will be ok. But in fact, with me leaving their lot at this very moment, everything is better than ok and I have Greg and the entire staff at Mid Island to thank for that.

This is my second time using Mid Island Collision. Once for a BMW 535 and now for a Toyota Tacoma. Greg and Brian did an excellent job working with my insurance company and making sure my car looked good as new once it was ready. The car came back detailed and once I stepped in, I felt like I just drove it off the lot. 10/10 and would recommend everyone to go to them.
