Mid Valley Towing

I called this morning to get a car towed because it was parked illegally and blocking me from leaving my parking spot. The representative who answered sounded half asleep and was very unprofessional in how he spoke. He told me to call back in an hour to see if a truck would be available in my area. When I asked if it would definitely arrive within the hour or if I was just calling back to see if they could even come, he replied, “Call back and we’ll see if we can send someone out.” So basically, I was expected to wait around until they could conveniently fit me into their route. This was in the city, so the lack of urgency didn’t make sense. Don’t use this company—they clearly don’t prioritize their customers.

3 days ago bought a truck from Dean , he's verbally abusive, arrogant and things I can't say online. As soon as he found out my husband was native his whole attitude changed . He's a racist , too out spoken not to mention getting loud with me putting my husband down , his over bearing personality,communication skills , LACK . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIRING HIM....HAVE A GREAT DAY

I called in regards to taking out my personal belongings from my car. The man in the phone was rude, and said it would cost me money for them open the gate. For a towing company that has decent reviews, I am in awe at how horrible the customer service was.

I had my vehicle unlawfully towed and the company agreed they unlawfully towed the vehicle. Once signing my papers out to get my vehicle from this location, they refused to provide a receipt copy of my vehicle being impounded for my records due to the fact they unlawfully towed. We just filed a police report for this incident as its a criminal offense to not provide a receipt of services rendered. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I had to spend a considerable amount of time and effort to retrieve my vehicle, which was compounded by the towing company’s refusal to provide the necessary documentation. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company and hope my review helps bring awareness to their unethical practices.

Mid valley towing Failure to Provide a Receipt!This is a violation of consumer protection laws. businesses are required to provide receipts for transactions. I will be reporting this issue to the Local Consumer Protection Agency and the State Department of Transportation Motor Vehicles I strongly advise others to be cautious when picking up your vehicle please take pictures anything you sign with them because they will not provide receipt or copy!
