I had the best experience at this Midas this morning. The staff was honest, respectful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. Never again will I go to a Jiffy Lube where they basically almost destroyed my car. When you pay for an oil change you expect that everything will be taken care of where as I walked into Midas this morning and they let me know that only a quart of oil came out and my oil filter was marked from the year 2020. No wonder my lights were coming on on the dash, losing gas mileage and feeling like the car was running rough. Midas told me everything that was going on had me transfer an old tire that I had in better shape then the one on my car and now able to pass inspection. The kindness to my 5 year old while we waited was unmatched. I will continue to use them no matter how far I live.

This was my first time trying Midas and I didn’t know what to expect, not knowing it was a franchise. I’ve always tried to lean toward independent mechanics for their personalized service, but Doug at Midas exceeded my expectations. He clearly runs his shop with a wealth of knowledge and that tight-knit, small-town feel you’d expect from the best. I’m grateful to live nearby because I think I’ve just found my new go-to shop.

Wow the customer service was top notch. Doug was super helpful with my situation. After being laid off, money is tight and he was able to guide me through other options that help me in the time of need. I’m glad I took the travel from Staten Island to get serviced here.
