I appreciated their honesty which added to my trust in their service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable making the wait much more pleasant. Where do I start because I used that shop for a few years before I had enough! My last straw was when I went to the shop to replace the brake pads that I have on "lifetime warranty" there. Chris told me "only the rear pads needed replacement," event hough Honda told me that all the brake pads "need to be replaced!" He insisted that the front brakes were at over 60%. A month later, I was experiencing longer braking distance and ear piercing metal to metal sound. I knew it was the brakes again. I drove a recommended shop to get the brakes looked at, and as I suspected, the front brakes have worn to the metal and destroyed the roters. So the $150 labor to replace the front brake pads cost me $550. This is not the first bad happening I had with the brakes. I have a brake job there and that did not go well with faulty pins with destroyed the brakes and roters before that. I has replaced my catalytic converter bank 1 and 2 there paying for the premium, but now two years later, engine light is on bank 2 is done already! The original CAT lasted 11 years, but the CAT they put in there could not Las 2 years! I had ceased calipers month after doing caliper service! I am done! I gave them all the trust I could and endured enough disappointments!

I was very happy with the service I received at Midas a couple of weeks ago. Chris was very friendly and professional right from the beginning. He looked at my car, assessed the problem and told me the price of all parts and labor. Chris personally worked on my car and had it ready for me before the end of the day! Five star, top notch service for sure!
