Did a great job on my car. My cars exhaust manifold was rusting and rotting out. They cut out the old one and welded a new one. They where also very nice. The car is silent now! For info it was about $300 (-$20 due to a Christmas deal making it $280) for the exhaust manifold to be replaced. Only reason it's 4 stars is because they tried to sell me a extra $400 spark plug and oil change package which was not a concern at the time and also overpriced to my knowledge. Update: Came back to do my break fluid. They did a good job and they where able to make it quick! Thanks Midas! Update update: Had a engine light trigger due to the air filter box popping off. They fixed the issue and cleared the code for free! Great people. Just watch for the corporate side over charging for things still.

I love the staff at the Saratoga springs NY downtown office. They are kind compassionate and highly intelligent. Every time my car dies or needs something replaced they are amazing at figuring it out so rapidly. Toyotas are hard to work on. Especially a hybrid and the do a outstanding job. The people are who make this place amazing.

This Midas location is amazing. I love all the staff especially Tina. I have been going here for many years. I would recommend this place to every person who ever asked. I have a very old car. And it's a Toyota so they are hard to work on. In case you didn't know. Very tight small places weird layout that need to be reached. And it's a older model so it's one problem after the other. I was just here again. And as usual everyone was amazing found the problem with my car at the end of day when they were packed still found the issue and was able to fix it in a day. They are amazing.

We have been using this Midas location for a number of years now. It is by far the most reliable and experienced team in Saratoga Springs for routine car maintenance. Tina and Frank go out of their way to be kind, helpful and honest. Everyone in the shop that we have interacted with has always been polite and very professional. They get to know your cars and don’t try to oversell their services or products. They were fantastic to our children through the teenage years when they had car issues, which was especially reassuring because our son was driving to Albany every day for school. We can not recommend them enough and after trying other shops would unequivocally stand by the fact that they are the best in town!

I really was so tired of dealing with different repair shops throughout the years & I knew what had to be done on my car I had taken it to 2 other places to get checked out & was not impressed at all! My friend told me to try Midas & I was so happy I did! They took great care of my old car & it needed A LOT of TLC! I mainly dealt with Frank & Tina & they were both very personable, able to explain everything, & very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I need anything else & would definitely recommend them to anyone!
