They did a great job on my car and even found an issue I didn't know was there and notified me. They took care of it and my car runs great, better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend Midas. Great and fast service. Very efficient and they explain everything and answer your questions.

Fit me in same day even without an appointment. It was a bonus having a coupon for a synthetic oil change. Appreciate the call to offer other services that might be indicated.

Fast, friendly, and honest service. Abby has great customer service. Very knowledgeable and communicated any issues in a timely manner. The technicians are very thorough with the inspections. This will be our family mechanic shop from now on.. thank you to the whole team

To the employee named Rick(?) wearing the American flag jacket, know that you are the reason I will now be an advocate AGAINST Midas in Clovis. You were condescending, rude, and the way you spoke to me was utterly revolting. I had a coupon for a free quote and yet you haggled me over waiving the $50. You called me and asked if I received the text you sent. I said no. You said, "Well did you even check your phone?" As if that wouldn't be the obvious first step to checking if I received your text. I said that I had checked my phone and confirmed that I didn't receive it. So you tell me you re-sent it, which I then confirmed that I received it, and you said, "Yeah I know, I sent it." The quote I requested was for brakes and rotors, and I specified that I was only looking for a quote on brakes and rotors at the moment. Then you send the quote and you included all of these additional items, which according to you, you're required to do by law because it could make the car unsafe to drive. But then you included a small oil leak and some other stuff that you said weren't a big deal, so not sure how these were relevant. I am literally disgusted by this experience. I have been to Midas in Fresno before and a handful of other similar places and have never felt like this. Rest assured, I will be letting everyone I know, have ever met, or ever will meet not to patronize Midas in Clovis because of you. Even my mother heard how you were talking to me on the phone and commented how absolutely condescending and rude you were.

I called and spoke to a Rick and he had a major attitude. He acted almost as if I was bothering him and I was simply trying to get info from him; availability, hours, car issue. He's the worst to be answering that phone. He should be out in the garage just strictly working on cars because his demeanor and candor is repulsive. Do better Rick.. I will go somewhere else.
