We have use this store on numerous occasions. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in the store the last couple weeks several times for an issue with my tire . A visit to Midas Auto Center in Westerville, OH today turned out to be a very pleasant and money-saving experience. I had recently visited a local dealership for a wheel-alignment on my Toyota vehicle. I was told that an alignment could not be completed because of faulty tie-rod ends. I was charged for the partial alignment and quoted nearly $800 dollars for replacement tie-rod ends. Midas found the tie-rod ends to be frozen with rust and worked with them and freed them up, completed a 4-wheel alignment, and charged me just for the alignment. I was impressed with the knowledge and customer attention shown by Mr. Parrett at the front desk. I was so impressed with this establishment that I had them replace rotors and pads on the front of my wife's car when she stopped by. Their price was extremely competitive. I found the Midas shop area to be free of obvious safety hazards and cleaner than most shops I have visited. The restroom area was the cleanest I have ever seen in this type of shop. I will definitely return for my auto repair needs to save money and to enjoy a friendly and clean environment.

Went today to get an oil change and Joe was the man that helped me. An he was amazing his kindness and smile definitely will make me come back again. If you have not been there before please get your service done there. And ask for Joe. You will not be disappointed

They did a great job. Got me right in to inspect the brake system. The tech spent time with me explaining everything. He has years of experience and was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them work on our truck. They gave me a great deal and I was also able to use my VA discount. Thanks again fellows!! Well done.
