Awesome associates! Friendly, knowledgeable, all around pleasant to talk to. Extremely efficient ! I had an appointment at noon. Was seen within minutes! They did a thorough inspection and took great care in listening to my observations on what needed attention! I was so impressed with their service! Everything was replaced if needed, tested to make sure it functioned properly and discussed with me prior to commencing the work. All the essentials were taken care of and any extraordinary adjustments were discussed for future appointments. The facility was very clean and comfortable while waiting. Great job and much thanks for the excellent service!

Everybody read this review in its entirety please. I know it's a little bit long but it worth save yourself headaches. I've been doing oil changes here for a while now and this time what happened was just unbelievable. They stripped the thread on the oil drain plug and I had no clue about it until one of the neighbors alerted me. I checked it myself just to be sure what I am witnessing is true and it was indeed a loose plug ,asked the neighbor who is the mechanic himself and he was able to confirm. I knew from the moment I saw all oil scar on the ground something must be wrong. Because I myself have been a mechanic and done the job long enough to know things and currently in the college of engineering. I called them and talked to TJ who claimed to be a manager, and said to bring it in to get it fixed. I went there first in the morning just to face a guy denying everything and giving attitude. I told him that I've been doing all my oil changes here for the past couple of years and gave him the phone number to look it up. Again he tried to deny and I told him why don't you look at the sticker on the windshield and suddenly he said no I found you in the system and I be like ha. That's what TJ tried when I first called. he denied to know about my car even though I gave him my phone number and even date I was there for oil change. TJ did some work on it and replaced the original bolt with a different looking bolt and I checked it looked good, though I'm still unsure if it's going to work. Anyways, they finished, gave me the car and I left just to find out later they put more oil in the engine than it is supposed to. I called them again and Damian who caused the whole situation in the first place answered the phone and told to bring it in. I drove all the way from school to the shop, He came out and checked the oil dipstick and said it is good, I said it's not, there's way more oil in the engine than it should but he kept denying and said he's a technician and knows everything. Well if you knew you wouldn't say the wrong readings is due to the expansion. Are you on drug? It's because I have already driven the car. You only check the oil when it hasn't driven and oil is settled at the bottom. The engine is obviously overfilled with oil and that means: too much pressure on the crankshaft, creates foam which get in the way of proper lubrication damaging the crankshaft and other components like, seal and gasket. It reduces the engine power too and finally car to bed. This Damian guy is so arrogant believes knows everything. You need to hold your horse kid. When you mess things up for a customer you should try to make it right and apologize not to get rude and aggressive and slamming my hood walking away. I said I will be calling the manager and he said not a problem. I called the customer relation and asked for a call from the manager. It's funny James called from an unknown number left a voice mail saying they've already did a free oil change and there is nothing to discuss. No kidding, stripped the oil thread causing leak all over lot, I was lucky it was caught otherwise I would've driven the car till the whole engine blown up. How about you do your job right. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB and have already told everybody I know to stay away from Midas. Who do you think you are dealing with guys, I may have an accent but trust me when it comes to cars I am not the one to fool. you either didn't measure the amount of oil while filling up or unloosen the filter let the leftover out. If you made mistake just own up to it and make it right not argue about it making false claims. The oil expands haha because the car has been driven and engine is hot already kid. I worked in a very well known car factory and met a guy who had master degree in mechanical engineering and been practicing for years designing engines made mistake and you say you're a technician and so sure of everything. The oil level must be between those two dots, haven't they teach you Mr. I am a technician?

Midas is great, I always take my car there for repairs because they’re honest, they explain everything and answer all my questions and they’re extremely accommodating. I can always get my car in and it’s always done quickly and with quality work.

I went somewhere for a second opinion and even if I changed the exact same parts as Midas suggested I would be paying less than half of what Midas quoted me. I looked up the $4K part they were charging me for and the most expensive one I could find was for $1300. I get you have to up charge to make profits but that is insane. Luckily another shop validated my concerns and was more reasonable when quoting me. Avoid this Midas if possible.
