Great experience. Greeting and manager interaction was very good. Service was excellent and I appreciated that the technician took his time to make sure the service was completed properly. The cost of my oil change using semi- synthetic oil was very reasonable and a much greater value than the "high priced" dealers and some other service locations. Will definitely return for my next service!

Super happy with the service here! I’ve been driving my husband’s car and accidentally got a nail in a tire. I took his car in Friday and they told me it couldn’t be repaired but they would have a new tire in by the next day. I got a call early Saturday and by 1:30 the car was all fixed! The staff is very friendly and doesn’t upsell you (like I asked if it needed all new tires and they could’ve easily said yes but didn’t since I didn’t need them). They also had coloring books for kids which was so nice because I had my two kids with me. I’ll always stop here for my tire needs! (It’s an EV so no oil changes 😂 or else I’d do those here too)

I had a fantastic experience at Midas! They did an excellent job changing my oil and were incredibly accommodating by allowing me to stay and work during the service instead of having to drop off and return later. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout. Highly recommend for their quality work and top-notch customer service! 😊

Daniel was amazing from start to finish. He greeted me by name soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly, professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the timeframe of my car being done. He stayed engaged with not only myself but all other customers as well. Daniel gets 10 stars for my visit today. It was the best service I've had since coming here for years. I truly appreciate great Customer Service.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. They will charge you 3x what it should actually cost to have work done. Worst part is, took a car to have 2 front tires put on and an oil change, the manager claims we authorized 4 new tires even though he has the envelope where it's written 2 front tires. Stay away, there are plenty of honest mechanics around, midas pickerington is not one of them
