I came into the establishment on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. I was greeted with smiles and accommodated very quickly. My case was relatively easy since I just needed my headlights changed, nonetheless the job was done and at a very reasonable cost. I even received a follow up call to make sure that everything was fine. I would definitely recommend going to the team at Midas in Bay Shore for their expertise trustworthiness!

Got rear breaks and rotors done without an appointment. Billy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done in a timely manner. Great experience, will highly recommend! Honest, trustworthy and outstanding quality service. Overall great service, thank you Billy!

I had such a great experience here! The oil change was quick and easy, and the Jacob and the other staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They made the whole process so smooth—I was in and out in no time. I’ll be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

Hooked me up with great tires that will last, as well as let me know about 2 tire rods that were on the way out and if I didn't get them fixed, the alignment would be pointless. They took care of it all so the tire warranty wouldn't be voided and were very informative. Grateful for their help!

In my search for a good priced oil change, i had stumbled across this shop. From the time i walked in until i left the manager Billy was very professional, knowledgeable and sweet. He answered all of my many questions with care and i would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a little TLC on their vehicle 🙂
