Great service, came in to check why I have check engine light on. My obd portal didn’t work, they checked out reason why, it was fuse. Ran diagnostics, gave me code and didn’t charge me a penny. Some other place wanted to change me $100+

I will say I received 5-star service at this location when I brought my Lexus in for an oil change. They got me in almost immediately as a walk-in, performed the work quickly, and appeared to respect my vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I have zero complaints with any of that. However, when I got home and looked at my paperwork, I saw that they had used a standard life oil filter, which is good for 5,000 miles. My car has a 10,000 mile oil change interval, so by not using the extended life filter, they essentially cut the life of my oil and oil change in half. I don't know if this was an error in their database or user error, but it turns this into an expensive service rather than a reasonably priced one in addition to the inconvenience it adds.

I came in for a brake inspection because my car was vibrating when I applied the brakes. Todd had the mechanics check in in a timely manner. He said I need new brakes all around. They got them done within a few hours. They are braking well so far. They also did an inspection on my car and suggest what I needed to replace or keep it at least an eye on for now.
