Everything is great now! Normally I don’t leave reviews but I had an experience with a previous manager that was horrible. The previous manager wasn’t customer friendly at all. I came in for air in my tire and he refused to fill it. I only needed air in one tire and that was it. Fast forward to today and this new manager we have here is amazing. He’s very customer friendly, warm and inviting. He greeted me at the door with my first name. I didn’t think I would ever come back but I’m so glad I did. It’s a night or day difference and I will be back. Not to mention they do amazing work and know what they are doing.

I went to another place first... bad choice. Not only did they charge me $150 TO LOOK AT my vehicle, the estimate they came back was ridiculous. I called my new friends at Midas and they assured me they could beat that price. I drove (loudly) over and was taken immediate care of by Ace and the gang. They did, in fact, beat the price- by over $800! And no charge to look at my vehicle. I didnt feel taken advantage of, I felt like a valued customer dealing with someone I could trust. Don't waste your time (and money!!) With another shop. Just come here, and make a new friend.

I initially took my car in last weekend. They didn't think they could get it all done in time before closing, so rather than start working on it, they had me bring it in the following week. I felt that was very thoughtful. They replaced my oil pan, and gave me a free oil change. The man working at the front was very nice and helpful, I will definitely be returning, and I feel I can really trust the service here.

Needed emergency service and found Midas open and able to service my vehicle. Appreciated the great customer service and the willingness and ability to get work done quickly, as we were traveling and out of our home state.

Excellent and fast service. I had made an appointment the day before I went in but was very pleased with how quickly they could get my new brakes done. Jerry at the front desk was very informative and helpful. Will go there again in the future!
