Made an appointment at 4:30. After waiting 1.5 hours they said they weren't going to get to me today. I gave them another shot and dropped the car off at 8 am the next day. They didn't get to it until 5 pm. Don't know why they made an appointment for me and couldn't get to it until 24 hours later. When I asked what was the deal, they said "that is just how it is. It's like going to a doctor's visit." Well, a doctor visit never made me wait that long and send me home without seeing me. They wouldn't even apologize.

On our way to Michigan, hit a bolt on the interstate around 4:30 PM and rapidly blew a tire. Called 2 other tire shops and they couldn't get us in but recommended this location. We contacted them, put on the doughnut, the manager who's name was I believe Ryan, (could be wrong and I am sorry for not remembering), told us to come on over and he would get us right in and he did! Incredibly professional manager and staff had us on the road in an hour! Thank you once again for such a great experience!

If I could give lower than 1 I would. Ask for 2 O2 sensors to be changed and gave parts and a oil change standard. Had car for 4 hours never completed the O2 sensors did oil change but took the liberty to upcharge me to full synthetic and then charge me 80$ for a damn oil change the car has 140k and has never ran synthetic but some genius reads a book and thinks he knows best thieves is all they are
