The service here is way overpriced. If you get an oil change, WITHOUT ASKING, the crew will open your glove compartment & pull out your cabin air filter to try to upsell you. Now, if they would’ve asked to check before doing this, I might’ve gone back. But since they don’t respect my private space, or have the courtesy to ask me before going through my glove compartment, which has personal information… well, I won’t be going back.
