Our 2016 Equinox needed new shocks, rear brakes and more. Midas diagnosed correctly and we made an appointment when convenient for us. In by 8 am, done by 2 pm. Great!!

Took my car in. Had 60k and never had breaks done. They did a full inspection said I have plenty of pads on my breaks. Car in good shape. Just paid for inspection $25. Very impressed. Didn't sell me something I didn't need. Will go back

We used to use Belle Tire, until we had a warranty issue and they suddenly couldn't find us in their system... I came in today for a road hazard/nail and my tires purchased here at Midas were still covered, I was easily found in their system, and back on the road in no time! Friendly customer service every time we're in. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff BUT watch pricing! I asked for the $20 discount on a full synthetic oil change. They added $17.56 for labor on the oil change. And suggested a new cabin air filter which I accepted. I suppose I should of asked cost because they charged me $20 for the filter AND $30 labor to put it in even though they had already taken the old one out. If I declined they would have had to put the old back in. Seems an over charge to me. Picture of old filter. Going back to the quickie oil change place. It would of saved me time. Update- I returned to the shop to discuss my displeasure. Got nowhere. Called the district manager. He promptly called back and left a message. I returned his call. No answer. I then returned to the shop again and spoke with the store manager. Make the customer happy! Thank you. I'll be back. Changed that 2 Star rating to a 5 Star!
