Very excellent service and attention! Every person from the beginning to end of visit was superior with knowledge, skill and expertise as needed. I made an appointment and went in for an oil change, after I found they had excellent deals and coupons on their website. The folks at Midas were courteous, helpful, and especially kind. They are generous with their abilities to show me what needs my car had, plus an excellent job giving precise explanation and service. I had a hiccup with my car as I left, which was unrelated to their service, and they promptly helped me with it to get me back on the road. I was super pleased, and cannot express my gratitude enough. Thanks to Jacob, Robert and Jonathon! 😄

I had an amazing experience with Midas for my oil change. Christina and the staff were super friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable making the short wait time even better. Highly recommend Midas to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Great And professional service ! Mgr Todd was very knowable on automotive Equipment. My Nissan had crack on the Manifold , and Todd promised me it would be completed by end of the day. He kept his word, I would recommend Midas of Lake Elsinore to everyone

I am very happy with this place. It is very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Cristina, who works the front office is very friendly and very knowledgeable as well. She’s very kind and pleasant to work with Also, Jake matched my price for the work that had to be done on my car. He is also very reasonable kind very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I definitely will return to this place and I gave it a very good review 5 Stars. I highly recommend this place

I took my car to Midas in Lake Elsinore,CA. The Customer Service and the Manager, Todd were exceptional. He worked with each and every Customer to find the most beneficial solution in their interest. I can only highly recommend to anyone to take their car for a service to this store!
