Midas Norwalk

My experience was wonderful! Reuven and Liam were excellent. I usually would go to my car’s specific dealership for repairs and/or services but I wasn’t happy with them. I asked around for a good mechanic and was recommended here… I am so happy to have found them! They took care of my car really quickly and made sure to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated that. It was a great experience. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I drive a 2003 Evolution, and these guys treated my car very well, service was amazingly fast and efficient and best yet it was a bargain of a price for the labor I would have spent to do it myself. This location in Norwalk in particular was a pleasure to do buisness with. You also get to watch them work on your car from the viewing glass in the waiting lobby, this alone reduces the anxiety of the wait as you see the progress speed and the professionalism of the technician at work.

I took my car to this shop for service. During the full inspection, they listed several things that needed attention, including a headlight. I decided not to fix the headlight at that moment because I had already spent quite a bit. The gentleman who helped me kindly said, “You should fix the headlight as soon as possible.” Today, I went to another shop and, unfortunately, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the original headlight had been replaced with a generic one, and the cable had been covered with plastic to prevent it from working. I have photo and video evidence of everything. Interestingly, the headlight was the only item missing from the email report they sent me. I’m not the kind of person who looks for problems, nor would I invent one, but I find it very dishonest that things like this happen at brands we’re supposed to trust. If this review helps anyone, I recommend looking for other options.

They were able to help me same day and relatively quickly for my walk-in headlight replacement appointment! Service was great and staff was very friendly. Only thing I wish they did better was providing a quote/cost estimate upfront. I didn’t find out what it was going to cost until after the repair was complete.

I had an excellent experience at Midas, thanks to Ben! He was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make the process much less stressful. His professionalism and customer care truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs and will be recommending Midas to friends and family because of Ben’s exceptional service!
