Customer Reviews

Someone of this auto repair has driven my friend’s car over 500 miles. They are able to fix cars well with a low price, but I could not believe this ridiculous thing happened. My friend was accompanied by me to pick up her car. These guys made her car disgustingly dirty leaving some trash inside and stole some of her napkins and bottles of water. She checked the mileage and found that there were over 500 miles more. They have two cute and lovely cats, but they leave them outside where broken cars are abandoned and the ground is dirty with gross mud and oil in the winter.

This place was great!!! They had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes, WAY faster than Take 5 or Valvoline and on a holiday too. They also have a cute office cat.

I've been to Midland multiple times and every experience has been great! Wally is always helpful and always keeps you in the loop. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I ever need anything else done I will definitely take it to Midland. I highly highly recommend.

The guys here Nas and Waleed are great. Very friendly and cordial. However, when I brought my promaster to them, they diagnosed ignition coil repair and change of spark plugs. That and I had them replace the back running lights. In all, cost me $1400 and change. $1100 and change for the mechanical issues with the coils. 2 days later, same issue was noticed. I brought the van back and was told that it might be other coils that weren't replaced. Will cost another $1100. I just couldn't at that point. A week later found another mechanic shop...he diagnosed exact same issue. But recommended that I change out all 6 coils and change out all spark plugs. I agreed. Turns out that all 6 coils had gone bad and the plugs used were the cheapest bargain basement crap. Replacing all 6 coils and plugs with genuine OEM parts cost me $478.75 These are good guys but do cut corners sometimes and won't hesitate to lay on the pricetag onto the customer for it. Images attached are from the time everything got replaced correctly.

They were able to fix my car same day as diagnosing it. The heat had gone out so that was much appreciated. They were willing to work with me on a price I was able to afford and communication was consistent. When I had a question after hours, they still replied to my texting. I will definitely go to them again for further issues.
