I've gone here for decades at this point and they always treat me good and I know they definitely care. Even if you don't know what you need you can trust them to take care of you without trying to get over.

I had high hopes because of the amazing reviews, BUT I didn’t have the best experience. I talked to a few nice people over the phone, then I spoke to a couple people in person that acted as if they didn’t want to work on my car. I brought in my 2020 Kia stinger for an alignment and 4 new wheels. My car was turning lanes to the right by itself on the interstate (that’s how bad the alignment was). After receiving an alignment service from Midwest and 4 new tires, I started to notice it was now pulling to the left. I took it back in to the shop a couple days later so they could take one more look at the alignment. After about 6 hours they assured me the car should be fine. I can now hardly drive it because it’s pulling so hard to the left.
