My brakes went out on the way to work and I searched near by break specialists and came across Mike. Never in a million years would I expect the blessing before me. Mike was not only open for service at 7am but hospitable, full of wisdom, kind, understanding and just an overall genuine person. Mike contacted me back with the news of repair and was very clear in what need to be done and what not, his pricing was fair and we both walked away winners. Thank you Mike for being a blessing to my family. We have all experienced in the auto service industry where “not having trust” is an insecurity. You have broken that stronghold. You have made a believer out of me that there are “good people” and there is an excellent quality service place here in Upland. I will not only make this my home for my vehicle but recommend to all inside and out side the community. Service provided was beyond expectations and done in excellent fashion.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic to work on your family's cars can be a real challenge. My old mechanic retired, and I've been to a few repair shops with our cars. Mike was upfront and honest about what needed to be done, explaining the repairs and showing me the replaced parts when completed. I took the car in later in the day, and parts needed to be ordered. So, I left the car overnight and picked it up at lunch. I can't thank Mike and his crew enough for their excellent service.
