On 10/1/2024, I took my 2013 Honda into the shop for a check-up. I have used them many times in the past. In August, I took the car into another repair shop for an oil change (I had a coupon). This shop said they would do an inspection on my car as well. Well, they told me that I needed approximately $7,000 in repair costs! I reviewed the list and compared it to my repair log that I maintain. Also, I keep all documentation on repairs. All of the repairs that were cited were done. I questioned the mechanic and I was told that per the manual a car with over 100,000 miles needed these repairs. Ultimately, the mechanic indicated that they did not check to see if the repair items were done! When Mike More Miles checked my car, all was ok!! They spent over 90 minutes checking the car. My recommendation is always to go to Mike More Miles. They are honest, thorough, and very customer focus. Also, I recommend that you all keep track of your auto repairs. There are some dishonest operators out here.

I had a check engine lights on for my 2014 Audi car. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough. They charged me reasonable. Very prompt on delivering the car. Definitely a go to place for old car repairs.

Always friendly and willing to talk through any options for a repair. They'll make sure to let me know what need to be done now versus what can wait. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or that they're trying to get more money from me. Always fast service too and their estimated wait times tend to be spot-on. From what I've seen, their repair prices are very reasonable too, compared to other places I've gone. I'll happily continue to use them for anything I need on my cars!
