I worked with Rich to get some regular maintenance work done. I was very impressed with his interactions with me. The shop was very busy when I walked in without an appointment but Rich said come back in about an hour and half and he would be ready for me. I got there about 15 minutes earlier but Rich got me right in. I got my oil and transmission fluids changed. I was in and out in no time. Rich did a once over on my car and gave me a heads up on my rear brakes. Didn’t try to push me into more work but keeping me informed that I will need rear brakes come my next oil change. I found Mike for Miles to be extremely fair in their pricing and easy to interact with. If you haven’t been to their store, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised by their fair pricing and staff interactions with their customers!!

I want to thank Rich and the team for FINALLY fixing my vehicle. I took my vehicle to 2 mechanics that did not repair my vehicle but only made matters worse. The 2 other mechanics kept telling me my vehicle was fixed and just sent me home. One of the locations that I took my vehicle was the actual dealer! That’s how desperate I was to get it fixed for my own safety because I knew something was not right. It wasn’t until I came to this location in Naperville that the issue with my brakes was finally fixed. Rich took the time to talk to me and hear about the issues I was having. Not only is my vehicle driving the way it should be but the warning lights have turned off and have not turned back on. I am so grateful to him and the team!! I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs! This location is 30 minutes away from my home but I am still willing to make the drive if it means I will get knowledgeable and dependable people working on my vehicle. Thanks again to Rich and the team!! For anyone looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend THIS location!!!!

Professional honest and thorough. Easy to schedule my appointment for oil change, and reasonably priced! Very nice waiting area. Answered my questions about remaining brake life. Didn’t try to up-charge or sell me anything I didn’t need… which I appreciate! Definitely recommend

Rich and Brad are both highly qualified mechanics who really care about your safety and the quality of your vehicle.
