I just want to give a big thank you to Mike's Heavy Duty Towing for coming out and doing their thing i want to show appreciation to your driver Reggie you guys have an amazing driver very helpful and respectful but most of all he was a very humble driver i appreciate all the advice and the conversation as well going back to Pennsylvania and towing equipment for UNFI keep killing it out there Reggie much respect 💪💯

Disappointing Experience with Mike Towing I had a frustrating encounter with Mike Towing today. After experiencing a flat tire, I contacted AAA, and Mike Towing was dispatched to assist me. Upon arrival, Mr. Rivera noticed that my battery was dead and informed me that he wasn't being paid to provide a jump-start, only to fix the tire. Unfortunately, he left without resolving my issue. Details: - Date: [12 21 2024] - Service Requested: Flat Tire Assistance - Issue: Battery Dead, Jump-Start Needed - Technician: Mr. Rivera I hope that sharing my experience will help others avoid similar situations in the future.

Their drivers have no consideration for anybody else on the road. I understand that they drive a large vehicle however when there is a car in the lane next to you You let them proceed forward before you change lanes. I was just ran off the road by one of their drivers and ended up on the sidewalk. While the driver continued to drive recklessly I have two young children in the car in the way to school and he almost killed me and them!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude! One of their drivers cut me off on the GWB today. Then, he came along side of me, rolled down his window and was shouting, giving me the finger and making other rude gestures. Not exactly the kind of person I would trust to tow my vehicles.

Mikes Towing has saved the day for my small trucking business on multiple occasions. Many times we have had trucks break down due to battery or starter issues and Mikes has been there in a timely manner to help get the truck back on the road whether they have to drive and get parts or fluids to do so. In my most recent experience E-Rock, a Mike’s towing driver, got to Tribeca within 30 minutes and helped me service my lift gate on a Saturday night so I could get the truck back on the road. 1000% recommend mikes whenever you’re in a jam.
