Hi, I stopped by to purchase Lippert door shades for the 2025 Delta Alliance 252RL that was issued for the SB Ranger Station where I鈥檓 assigned. Frank, in the parts department, was extremely accommodating with my purchase requests and I was very pleased and impressed that it was his customer service and making the sale vs following the rule book. I also took the opportunity to look at the sales side and Joseph B. was great at explaining the differences in the motorhomes and I was impressed with his professionalism, relaxed style and manners and he made our time there very enjoyable. Another plus was, after 40years of wondering, I finally found out the true story about Mickey and Mike Thompson. Take it easy, Regards, Scott H.

Shady double dipping theives. Had axle work done through my insurance. Didn't know freight wasn't covered. After settling with the insurance company, they presented a bill for additional hours, freight, freight taxes, and deductible. I've never heard of having to pay additional hours and freight. Robert, the salesman kept it isn't the best communicator with the insurance company nor the client. I called their sister facility and found that service department the labor is $215, not told to the client, and 3 hours maximum. That's exactly what my insurance paid, and they were requesting me to pay the same amount. Of course, I called and let a message for Debbie Moon who did graciously remove 馃檮 I never received a bill prior for shipping and one adjusted would say it's covered another would say it's not axles should be on the premises. So I vehemently challenged it with the insurance company as it not stated in my contract but also with the shop. After trying to charge me $645 I have no confidence or faith in them. Robert knew I was coming for my trailer and wanted back up confirmation of a shipping receipt because I feel it's obviously inflated. How convenient he's at lunch and no one can provide one except him. Clients don't have any trust that you're honest. No shipping receipt provided although I'm paying for it. Payment desk just says it's $xyz yes but where's the back up proving you did ship it and the cost? Show me if you want me to pay it. Again Robert is not there no one can do anything. You can wait for 30 to 45 minutes. That's absolutely the opposite of customer service. Don't trust them with your repairs overcharge you and exaggerate the bill then run off so they don't have to answer questions. Lack of accountability from Robert. No call asking if I'm satisfied in my repair.

I'm in the early discovery stage with the sales process. I was looking for the model.I wanted to bring my wife back to see and purchase. Explain. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for.. Just wanted to look at some models between twenty four and twenty seven feet with a slide out. Then the car dealership, aggressive sales testing started. They called in corey the sales manager. I explained all of the above to him again. And ask just to be look at some models, and I'd let him know. Then corey, and the sales lady started following around, asking questions. When I told corey, I didn't want to answer any more questions, especially the ones that i've already answered, He got rude so I left. He shouted at me and was disrespectful.As I was walking to my truck. Now I see why they have such a low customer review in google and yelp. Here's one more.
