I was recently in need of parts for my RV and luckily I was referred to Big Russ at Mike Thompson's RV Super Store. I couldn't have been happier with the service from Russ and his knowledge of parts. His customer service certainly demonstrates the "spirit" upon which so many successful business's are dependent. It was because of his efforts to provide me with everything I needed in order to enjoy my up coming vacation, that I felt compelled to thank him formally. Russ needs to be congratulated on his policy of satisfying the customer in all situations. Great experience working with Cowboy! Quick and friendly . Was able to get pricing for new toy hauler and quote for our trade in. Excellent price on new Momentum Toy Hauler and fair price on trade in. Finance Manager Jose was great and quick on responses. I had a preapproval and there was no pressure to go with their financing. Day of pick up went smooth , Cowboy had everything ready, Ralph did the orientation, went over everything, and answered all our questions. He also helped us get the trailer attached to our truck. Picked up yesterday and already out enjoying it! Thank you all

Called twice! The first time, when someone answered it seemed like the gentleman on the other side was mid conversation with someone in front of them. Tons of background noise, multiple people talking. I had to ask if I’d reached Mike Thompson RV. I was told yes, so I asked for sales, I was then told I would need to be called back, which confused me so I said yes. About 20 min later I got a phone call and a text, but was unable to answer. I tried calling again and talked to a Tyler this time. I was very clear what I was looking for and the numbers I’d been given from a competitor. I was hoping they could be better or at least match as they were a closer dealer to me. I was told they needed to call me back again once they spoke to a manager. I have heard nothing since. Here I am trying to give business to someone and the lack of customer service blows my mind. Even if the numbers didn’t work out, and a deal couldn’t be made, a phone call saying so would have gone a long way.

Just purchased a new travel trailer from Marco and the experience was great! I then got to meet Russ Leos and Jonathan Medina and these guys got me all set up with some great new hoses, leveling blocks and a starter kit. They really know what they are doing!
