Options are somewhat limited when it comes to RV dealers, but Mike Thompson’s is one of the largest local dealers. My experience buying my trailer here was that I had a great salesman in Rob, who was helpful and honest and friendly through the process. I got an awesome used RV at the price I needed to get it at. No place is perfect, especially in the vehicle sales arena, but Mike Thompson’s is a good place a shop for an RV. I’d go back. And again, having Rob as our salesman made a huge difference.

Go see Chad. Made the process of buying our first trailer very pleasant and smooth! Communication was consistent and productive. Even though it was a drive for use to finalize, I would definitely recommend. Thought the process would be painful like buying a new car, but it was very simple and Kellen in finance was equally as professional and made the transaction a breeze!

We bought a 2020 Forest river Cougar alone with the service contract , After a year we decided that we didn't want the service contract we called to cancel it and ask for conformation never received any response back from them , called to talk to anyone about it and could never get ahold of anyone ( lots of voice mail to them ) on our last call to them we talk to someone and told them not to cancel it. flash forward to now when something goes wrong and take it in to be repaired after everything is done we're told that our service contract is pending, I've been trying to talk to anyone about it and only get voice mail meanwhile I'm going to pay out of pocket for the repairs . when buying from them be careful or maybe buy the warranty from a out side service
