We used this facility to replace a Upper Radiator hose. We supplied the Hose, Clamps, and Antifreeze they billed us $610 for 35 minutes of labor. We received emails for payment and they stated add $100 if not paid in the next 30 minutes. No Estimate was supplied for the repair, No invoice breakdown was supplied after payment. No one would answer our calls questioning the price to replace the hose. We even went to their facility for the repair. Now that they know we have been in contact with the AG of Michigan they are harassing us calling every 15 minutes. I believe this repair shop is an illegal shop extorting money at HIGHLY over price labor rates and no real documentation to back up their charges..
