DRIVERS BEWARE!!!! This service shop expects their customers to have an expansive knowledge on car repair in order to do business. I came in for a state inspection so I can get my little sticker for my first car. I requested multiple times that I wanted a state inspection and a quote to fix one of the arms on my trunk. I asked multiple times "how much is the state inspection?" and "when will I receive my sticker?". I was told to return in 2 hours and they will give the price. Instead I was giving a multipoint inspection without my knowledge. I paid 200$ not knowing better. I trusted them believing in ethics and professionalism. Later after never getting my sticker and receiving a ticket I returned. I spoke to the manager who was rude. He told me that it was my fault for not knowing how much a state inspection costs. He said he and his employees are not responsible to explain what their services are and how much they cost. Whenever I tried to explain I was silenced. The Manager kept requesting to speak to my husband rather than me. I simply wanted the difference of the state inspection, my sticker and a letter explaining the mix up in order to contest my ticket. The manager refused and proudly exclaimed that the money means nothing to him. However a refund of the same price was too steep to request. At the time I was willing to believe that people are nice and it was just miscommunication. I didn't want to assume the worst. Unfortunately my expectations were shattered. They're are truly just terrible people. I instead brought my service to the pep boys near Westchester Square. They somehow were able to tell me the price and what the service consists of up front. Anyone who experienced something similar I recommend filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the DMV. I know I will be doing just so.

Service department you guys are the best!!!! They always find the solution for any problem I have with my car. Also they have very good hospitality. If you need a good Subaru Service shop this is the best option in NYC

Chris was so Courteous and did not overcharge me. I was only charge for the actual job done. His manager Max was so considerate not to charge next time I visit if the issue is still the same. I complained 3 problems yet only charge me 179 for diagnostic fee. Other will charge me 180 per problem which is outrageous.

I took my car to Milea Subaru service center for repair. I explained the issue and possible solution to the service advisor (who will remain nameless for now). He asked if I’ll be waiting or coming back. I opted to work because it should take 2 to 3 hours according to my research. After about 3 hours the service advisor told me that they completed the diagnosis and the options are to replace the transmission or replace a part which my research and multiple YouTube videos show as the solution. I told him I’m not replacing the transmission for $8,000 so I need the part replaced. He proceeded to explain that replacing that part is not guaranteed to fix the problem and I’ll end up having to replace the transmission anyway. He also noted that there was no oil in the car which caused the transmission to be damaged and there is metal in the transmission oil from the gears. That when I’m sure he’s lying because it is a CVT transmission so there are no gears and I’m sure they didn’t empty the oil in the transmission, this was just BS to separate me from my money. He eventually agreed to replace the part when he realized I’m not going to pay $8,000 to replace the transmission or trade in my car (this was the other scam I’ll cover later). He explained that they had a lot of cars so I’ll have to pickup the car the following day. I asked if it’d be ready by 12 noon and he said definitely. The following morning at 10am I called since I didn’t get a call from the service center. The receptionist was unable to give me any information because the service advisor was not there and she could not locate my paperwork so she will have him call me back. When he called back, he explained that the car will not be ready until Monday (this was Friday). I explained that I need a car for the weekend so if they’re keeping my car then I’ll need a loaner. He stated that he had a loaner that will be returned at 12 noon which I could use. He finally called back at about 1pm saying the car was ready. I picked up the car and went home. The following day I realized that after completing the $1,500 repair, they did not replace the engine oil, which they claimed cause the issue in the first place. Do you think this is negligence or malicious (I know what I think)? I will go back to the events that occurred during the time I was waiting on my car. I overheard several conversations with customers over the phone about how much they’ll pay for their car before and after the repairs. I also saw another customer arrived upset saying this is the 3rd time she is returning because she has the same issue they claimed to fix. This reminded me of the time I took my car to this service center to diagnose an issue I was having and they were unable to tell me what was causing the issue was. Back then, I thought they were busy and didn’t want to take the time to diagnose the issue but now I see it a lack of expertise with the service staff. So let’s recap, the service advisor Dave, lied about the condition of my car and purposefully failed to replace my engine oil which they claimed caused a transmission issue. He tried to pressure me into replacing my transmission or trade in my car. A customer came back the 3rd time to fix the same problem and they like to buy your car when you go for repairs. My conclusion is that Dave is a salesman and he gets paid when people trade in their car so he'll do whatever it takes to convince you to get rid of your car. I don’t know if this is a common practice among all their service advisors. However, I’m sure I will not be returning there for any reason and if you’re brave enough to go there, avoid that guy Dave. The receptionist was pleasant and seems to be doing her job. It’s been a few weeks and my car is working fine.

I purchased my Subaru at Milea and I have taken it there for service. My experiences at Milea Subaru service so far have been flawless. From the Giana who is very nice and welcoming, also Mr C Serrano who is my service advisor is also very nice and profesional. I am always made to feel valued as a customer, from the minute I pull up and hand over my keys. I always feel confident having my crosstrek services providencia there. And of course a thank you to the service tech who services my crosstrek.
