This place should be shut down they hit my car at the dealership and all of the problems i originally came in there with ,were never fixed or taken account of i called the service advisor “Sue” and she claims i never made known the issues with my car . WHY WOULD I COME THERE WITH NO ISSUES makes zero sense to me. anyways they said they would put new tires and never did, and my brake system light still remains on and non functional and my car was there for a month all they did was a free oil change and slapped a new bumper on which took a month. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP FOR AN UPDATE ON MY CAR AND NEVER GOT ONE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE THEY JUST LOOK FOR WAYS TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the events that occurred today at the Honda service department. My daughter brought her car to your service center at noon to have a new key made, as she has been experiencing issues with her car starting. Our mechanic advised her that the problem might be related to the transponder in her key fob. While discussing this with Orlando, the service advisor, he confirmed that this could be the issue. My daughter left the car at the service center and was told it would take about two hours to program the new key, with a promise that Orlando would contact us when the car was ready. As the hours passed without any communication, we decided to call at 4 PM. My daughter spoke with a wonderful woman named Gwen, who assured us that Orlando would call us immediately to confirm when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. Unfortunately, Orlando never called, so we drove to Honda for an update. When we arrived, we spoke with Orlando and asked why we hadn't received any updates about her vehicle. He responded in a rude and condescending manner, stating that the technician had just inspected the vehicle and determined that it wasn’t the key causing the issue, but rather that the valve cover gasket was leaking oil into the starter, which needed to be replaced. He also mentioned that the vehicle wouldn't start because the starter was completely damaged. When I asked the technician if he had attempted to start the car, he replied that he did not because he knew the starter was dead. Orlando then informed me of the cost to repair the vehicle. I chose to have my mechanic handle the repairs instead. After that, I called to arrange for the vehicle to be towed. At that point, Orlando told me I would need to pay a diagnostic fee. I questioned this charge, as we had not been informed of any issues prior to this point. He responded rudely and even rolled his eyes at me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his unprofessional behavior, and he countered by saying he was matching the energy I was giving him. I then requested to speak with a manager, but he still did not provide a satisfactory response. I later spoke with Greg, the service manager, regarding this issue, and he was very apologetic and waived the service charge. When the towing company arrived to retrieve the vehicle, I informed Greg that the tow truck was outside. He asked where my vehicle was, and I advised him that it was sitting in the bay and that the mechanic had said it would not start. He got into the car, took the key, and the car started right up. We were both baffled by this development. I called the tow truck for no reason, as my daughter was able to drive the vehicle home. My mechanic thoroughly inspected the car and found that the oil from the valve cover gasket wasn't leaking onto the starter. The starter is functioning fine, and the valve cover gasket was replaced to stop the leak. I then called a mobile locksmith who replaced and programmed a key for my daughter's car, and now the issue has been resolved. It was the key all along, and they never attempted to replace it. I received the wrong diagnosis. Additionally, there is a recall on the axles, and Orlando never made us aware of this issue. I realized this only after reading the invoice at home. He claimed that he had informed us but stated that we did not have time to have it replaced. We never had that conversation with him. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism and service I received today. I will never have my daughter bring her car to this establishment again. If it wasn't for Mr. Andrews, who made things right, I would have called the corporate office. I am deeply appalled by your technician and service advisor's lack of knowledge and professionalism. I can never trust bringing a vehicle to this service center again and I am a dissatisfied customer. I was misinformed, and mistreated, and my time was wasted time dealing with this establishment. I would rate this service center one star and honestly, they don't deserve that.

Came to this Honda Service Center because it was where I purchased the car originally. Sue was so incredibly helpful with making sure my issue was taken care of immediately. I expected to come back next week if they were too busy to take care of it. They were able to fix my trunk issue in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again Sue for going above and beyond to provide such excellent customer care.

I have gone to this service center many times in the pass and have bought a few cars from the dealer and service is usually very good. But unfortunately this time around it was not. I brought my car in to get the radio repaired because it had recently been recovered from being stolen and the thief’s cut the radio cable. I brought it in Dec 31 and they said it should be done Jan 2 since they are close Jan 1 which is fine and said your car is due for the free oil change would you like it done while it’s there anyway and I said yes. Jan 2 comes around and it’s late in the day I’ve not gotten a call and called multiple times no one answers when they finally do they can’t get in touch with the person handling your car in my case Orlando Hernandez. Left messages and no return call. When I finally was able to get through he had no answer on what going on and was rude about it and the excuse was that they are the busiest cent let in the area which is fine but that no reason to have bad service and not communicate what’s going on with my car. But he said the oil change was done but my app says it not been done so idk if he is lying or not, the app is usually accurate. Jan 3 comes around they finally are able to take a look at the radio problem and have to order the part. So the car has been there 3 days and they just find out they need to order the part and again very hard to get in touch with Orlando. And again was rude and I mentioned the app was not saying the oil change was done and give me a smart answer basically saying they did it they just have not reset it which I find odd why would you do an oil change and not reset the system i know when i am oils change on my other cars I reset it right away. After finally 7 full working days they finally finished but they don’t call me the car is done I have to keep calling and asking when it will be done and i keep getting different answers. And of course the guys Orlando has terrible costumer device and rude. And has a smart answer u calling again. I would not have to call if he did his job properly and update the costumer. After I get the car I realize they charged for the oil change which they are not supposed to because Honda has a 2 years free oil change l. The quality of this service center has dropped significantly and it’s guys like Orlando that has mad it bad. I wind be going back to this dealership for service and to buy any more cars because of poor service Orlando and the team gave.

I walked into Millenium Honda expectedly due to a message showing my tire pressure was low. Not only did they check that for me but they also took care of a recall notice in my vehicle. The staff is amazing! I was in and out in under 2 hours.
