Worst Experience Ever Do Not Come Here In Life My Advice To All Hyundai Consumer To Go Somewhere Else They Are Lier They Charge Me $800 On New Car Which Has 200000miles Warranty And Still I Have Same Problem In My Car I Don't Want To Go Here Again Because They Gave Me My Car Dirty From Inside There Are Black Burned Oil On My Steering Wheels And Sheets Too

Horrible place have a brand new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe 2 months old. Battery on car died had to jump start car 3 days in a row. Brought car to millennium for help bad decision. Service representative Named Vince did not call me after my car was dropped off at 7 am i had to call at 2 on to see what was going on. I was told they charged to my battery and your all good to go they would not replace battery did not run any other tests on car. Car died again next morning had to call for jump start took my car to Advantage Hyundai where they kept my car over night gave me a loaner car and ran the proper test. Car needed a new battery. They were also very unprofessional at Milenium do not go there for service there’s a reason why they always have availability. If i could leave no stars i would but they don’t give you that option.

Worst experience ever! The sales department is great but service has many issues. This review is given by a "car guy". I have been repairing building, racing and showing cars for 50 years and have managed repair shops so trust me when I tell you, stay away. Better bet would be South Shore, Valley Stream or Advantage, Hicksville. Good luck.

First time for service at this dealer. Newly renovated, clean and comfortable lounge with a good coffee machine. All the issues were addressed quicker then expected.

I took my car to get fully inspected Told the technician that there was a strange noise coming from a certain part of the car. Reminded him before they check the car Reminded him during the inspection And reminded him after they did the inspection I was told the car was nothing wrong. I was given attitude when I ask if they can double check again. And was gaslighted that there was nothing wrong with the car and why would wished that there was a problem. My car broke down literally two block down. Took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they easily found the problem with in 5 mins. I try to get in contact with Hyundai and was told that they call me back. Never get a called I try reaching the mangers and higher up and emails and surveys to try to work on a refund. I dispute with my bank. They easily reply back to them instead of a customer and try to switch up the whole story that I declined service on getting it fix while the only thing I decline was getting my car breaks changed . So honestly stay away from this place it’s the worst.
