Great experience. They fixed a long standing issue I had with my Supra (activating the navigation) that should have been fixed when I got it. Multiple dealers wanted me to pay $300+ out of pocket to get that done. But they understood it was as simple as hooking the car up to their computer and pressing the “OK” button. They got it done with no fuss. Went to 3 other dealers and they didn’t want to help. Will be back for my maintenance to these guys.

I’ve been to this service center twice now. The first time I had no issues. The second time, which was 10/26/24, I have a very questionable issue. When my vehicle was returned to me, my dashcam was unplugged. It wasn’t an accident, it was intentional. They either didn’t want what they were doing recorded, or they didn’t want what they DIDN’T ACTUALLY DO recorded. Shame on this service center for doing these things.

Terrible service! Completely unorganized and just want your money. There is no connection/communication between sales and service. They can barely find your information when you call. Whatever system they use has NO information on the person, they don’t know what car, what sales person you worked with, what service clerk worked with you, nothing.

Extremely slow service and unresponsive staff. Took almost 2.5 hours just to get an oil change which I made an appointment for. Even after receiving text confirmation of completed service, staff states that car is still being worked on. Would not recommend regular servicing here.

NEVER BUY A CAR ST THIS DEALER! Don’t get me wrong, Toyota is a great car brand. I’ve had plenary of Toyota cars in my lifetime. But recently I bought I new car at millennium toyota in Hempstead. Worst decision ever! They have an attitude, at maintenance they don’t want to help you out. It’s take about 4 hours for a regular oil change. It’s the worst dealer
