I'd like to commend Parker, my service advisor at Bentley, for being an asset to the company. Very upfront, honest and quick to delve into the situation to find a solution for the issues my Flying Spur was having. Mechanical problems with any car is frustrating but he was amazing in keeping me informed of the issues as well as progress moving forward to find a positive end result.

The worst’s experience of my life!! I brought my Bentley for an easy simple fix but ended up picking it up from there completely messed up !! In way worse condition then it was!!!! WHILE I DROVE THE CAR THERE WITH NO PROBLEM! The guy at service on my way out gave me the most evil smile and told me nothing he could do and I need to get the car picked up before they call the towing company!! (After their service my car is completely shot!!)

Worst customer service! I’ve been a customer for the past four years with Miller I drive a McLaren so it’s in for service quite frequently, called back in August for a cracked windshield and a warranty extension. They quote me $5800 for the windshield that’s fine I said go ahead with the work. I asked about my one year extension on the warranty mind you it’s bumper-to-bumper not just a powertrain warranty. A week later I get the quote back for the extension on the warranty $7,690 for one year, The year before it was $4200 to extend the warranty, ok fine. The car was there to get a tail light looked at as well it was loose so asked them to Address that situation under the current warranty and I was told by their new service manager Dan who is an absolute clown that McLaren will not warranty the repair is what Dan said. That doesn’t make sense to me so I called McLaren Boston, asked the same question what was the price for a one year Bumper to bumper warranty extension they told me over the phone right then it would cost $5600. I said Wow $2,000 cheaper? Great next what about the tail light? They said that’s covered under warranty as well! Guess what Miller motorsports is scamming its customers thinking they’re stupid that they won’t double check prices elsewhere. But not over I have to go get my car back from Miller to bring to Boston. So I go to pick my car up pay for the windshield they end up charging me $7995 for the windshield they quoted me at $5800. I said this is not right I feel like I’m being scammed the woman behind the counter proceeds to curse at me mind you I’ve never raise my voice did not swear one time. So now I’m being verbally assaulted by the receptionist who refused a refund on my credit card. I said I’m not going anywhere until you make this right! What’s her move? She pressed the emergency button under her desk and 4 cops show up like the place is being robbed. Told the police my side of the story the woman made a false accusation thank God for camera’s ! I’m not sure what happened to customer service here or the old crew but this is unacceptable!

My experience with Miller Motor Cars has unfortunately been quite disappointing. I found myself bouncing around between their locations in Stamford, Westport, and Greenwich, which led to a fragmented and frustrating experience. Despite my efforts to have my vehicle repaired, they have been unable to address the issue satisfactorily, returning it to me in the same condition it was in when I initially brought it to them. One of the most disheartening aspects of my interactions with Miller Motor Cars is their treatment of customers who request loaner cars. Despite the fact that they profit from the services they perform, they make individuals feel like second-class citizens if they haven't purchased a car from them. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service. Overall, once my current issue is resolved, I have no intention of returning to Miller Motor Cars in the CT area. They have much to learn about providing quality customer service and fostering positive relationships with all clients, regardless of whether they've made a purchase from them.
