Just a bunch of CROOKS! There are totally unreasonable with there prices! They threaten you will calling the police & when the police show up they reason with "They can charge as much as they want" A bunch of low lives!

He was very friendly and helpful. I got a flat tire in what I thought was middle of nowhere. First he found us second he changed my tire so fast and was so nice. I am from the Upper Peninsula and I was very nervous being 100 of miles from home and not knowing anyone or about this company with my kids in my car he was amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND MY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR COMPANY! !!

My car was in an accident in Elkhart and the police had it towed to this place. The insurance appraiser determined it was totaled so I needed to get my belongings out. He told us we could go anytime thos weekend. Apparently even though their hours say 24/7 you can only retrieve your belongings during business hours Monday through Friday. So now I have to miss work too! I will NEVER have my car towed here again for any reason. The man I spoke to was less than helpful or sympathetic. EDIT: I fixed your hours so know one else gets shafted by your false advertising.

Will not allow you to pick up your things on the weekends, even if you work 8-5 and your car is totaled and you have to arrange a ride. All websites Millers is listed on state this is a 24/7 business, and no where does it state 8-5 Mon-Friday. Our insurance intentionally left it over the weekend, on their dime, so we could go get our things. Now my husband has to take off work Monday, borrow a car and head out to get our things. My husband even called to speak to Rod on Sunday and he never once mentioned he could make an appointment to come get our things. He only brought it up when I called back, already angry I had to figure the ride situation out again. Our damage assessor even said anytime this weekend would be fine to come get our things while he was still at Millers. So thanks for absolutely nothing, Miller’s, except your false advertising.
