MINI of Freeport Collision

Literally no stars if I could. I never write reviews for anything and the amount of frustration this dealership has given me has not only caused me to write this review but also make it lengthy. I have been dealing with Mini of Freeport for several years now. I leased my first mini almost 5 years ago at Habberstad in Huntington kind of unexpectedly, was a great experience. I moved to the south shore and was excited to know there was another dealership so close to me. My first visit was for service and felt the experience was sub-par. My vehicle wasn't very clean, inside or out. Specifically the outside due to the fact that their carwash wasn't even in service at the time.. I brushed it off.. When that lease ended I re-leased and had my first experience at the Freeport dealership. At first it seemed to go fine, until I realized i had been fed a TON of bull. My payment was WAY higher than I was told it was going to be among numerous other issues, SO much lack of communication regardless of my many attempts to consistently find out what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle not only did it take over a week to facilitate the pickup but nothing went as planned.. don't get me wrong, I know how these things can go, my father has been in the car business for over 20 years. But when I tell you that I got screwed that is a serious understatement. After hours of negotiating I left feeling BEYOND slighted but still happy with my physical vehicle. I brushed it off again.. I recently had a tire blow out.. first one. Traumatizing. My roadside couldn't even pick me up due to my location, I had to facilitate getting a tow from one place to another to get my car picked up by mini... which mind you, mini roadside gave me the incorrect tow company to call not once but TWICE.. so two different tow companies set up to pick me up then had to cancel. By the time I get it to the dealership they're closed.. I don't even receive a call in the morning when my un-drive-able car is left at the service departments door over night. Over the course of 3 days I had to call for updates MYSELF every time.. I maybe received two or three calls through the entire process with no real information about ANYTHING relevant pertaining to the service or return of my car. Once my car was complete I was told I owed nothing.. (which i found funny since I was almost positive I did not get tire insurance due to the higher than expected monthly payment) One of the few calls I received was to tell me they had made this mistake and that I was going to have to pay for the tire, almost a months lease payment. Mind you the 'complimentary voucher for my lease signing troubles' given to me at the dealership was NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE TIRE. I was at the dealership for at least an hour just to pick up the car.. I also was never given a rental through this entire process because "they didn't have one" .. I was out of a vehicle for over a week at the end of it. I finally picked up my car today and it looked like a 10 year old vacuumed it with a dustbuster. My windows were not even cleaned. When you lease a car it's supposed to be "minus the headaches".. BMW/MINI of Freeport has given me NOTHING BUT headaches each and every time I have had to deal with them. For anything. Get yourselves together and learn some customer service. The amount of disappointment is beyond me.. and I am an EXTREMELY reasonable person. I'm ready to never go there again. Thanks for nothing, guys.

Came in for an oil change. Waited for 3 hours and they broke my hood assembly and act like it’s been like that. Horrible
