Top of the line service and staff! My oil change and tire rotation consisted of a 5 minute in depth video of my cars engine and the details of the service. It was so informative and like nothing i had ever seen before! The staff at Ontario Mini is beyond wonderful and i would absolutely recommend purchasing a car here or having your car serviced here! My car battery died out of no where. Recently moved from Orlando, Florida where there is a Mini dealership close by. Finding out the only one close to where we now live in Palm Desert, California was all the way in Ontario was heartbreaking because I had no idea how I was going to make it there….but Mini stepped in and made everything effortless. They sent a tow truck to me and delivered my car all the way to Ontario the SAME DAY. They then offered a COMPLIMENTARY Uber ride for me to Ontario to pick it up. Floored by how easy the whole process was. They truly are the best company. I will never buy a car anywhere else. They continue to win me over with their graciousness and impeccable customer service.
