Mirror Image Wheel Polishing & Diesel Truck Repair 24 Hr Road Side Help

While on vacation, we had an air conditioning compressor go bad on our rig, which caused problems with the belt. Loud squeals, etc. Turning off the defroster didn't resolve the problem, since the belt was now glazed. Due to a minor emergency, we had to get back to the Seattle area quickly. Rather than risk a breakdown on top of one of three passes in between, I called up Mirror Image to see if they could help with a new belt. Not only were they willing to help, but their shop mechanic was there in 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, and after locating the proper belt, he had it changed in a few minutes. Big thanks to Mirror Image. Nothing but professionalism and expertise from these guys. Thanks to them, we made it back safely. Will definitely use these guys in the future if we are in the Three Forks area.

Eastbound on I 95 an hour past Butte Montana. They had a series of steep grades, both down and up Entegra Coach….Suddenly lost all turbo boost pressure and were able to limp into the Pilot station in three Forks Montana. We contacted Coach Net to seek assistance of a diesel mechanic. They were able to connect us with Brandon Hossfeld from Mirror Image Polishing & Diesel Repair. Brandon came out on Sunday morning and was able to place a clamp on the turbo, and we were able to get back.On the road. Thanks Brandon & Coach Net!

Had what was thought to be a bad air dryer on my KW T680. I was out in the middle of nowhere Montana he said he would be there in about 3hrs. He arrived on-time diagnosed the issue (not the air dryer) but a wrapped hose from my compressor to the air dryer had a hole. He called Kenworth in Billings, Missoula both told him it has to be made and then shipped so basically I would be down for a week. He said he would get in touch with me in the morning with an update... he finally located the part 1 of only 3 available but it was in S. Dakota and the shop that had it didn't want to relinquish it. We made a couple phone calls and were able to get it sent to his shop overnight. I had a hospital i had to be at (I haul mobil MRI machines) he came out aired up my tanks and followed me to my stop, stopping many times to add air. Definitely recommend Brandon went above and beyond definitely.
