Extremely dishonest and shady! I called in to get a rough estimate for brake replacement. They estimated that it would be $450 for all new brakes (front and back), if there was nothing else that needed work. When I took my vehicle there, they confirmed that I only needed new brakes on the front and this it would be approximately $450 just for the front brakes. They wanted to charge me over $900 to replaced the front brakes and "smooth" the back rotors. Extreme ripe off! I refused service and to be out right ripped off! Since taking my vehicle to their shop, I now have a noise in the front coming from the tire well region. I suspect that they did something to my vehicle since I refused their "service". My vehicle is now schedule for a full inspection with the dealer to determine if anything has been done to it by the shady and dishonest Mission Auto. Do don't trust this place. They clearly discriminate and adjust prices according to race, gender and ethnicity! Not okay!

Came here to do some preventative maintenance on my work vehicle. Alex was very helpful and relayed all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Cost of the repairs are fair when you consider the training and schooling each tech goes through. Will be coming back for my future services.

Highly recommend. Communicative, environment and personnel that fosters trust, and best of all doesn’t break the bank. I’ve had my car here multiple times for what I figured would be break the bank repairs, they took care of me, gave me multiple options and additional details and answered all my questions. Can’t ask for much more than that.
