I cannot stress enough the magnificent customer service that the shop provides. And that is the least of it. Richard the manager goes the extra extra mile to accommodate every possible avenue to solve your existing car repair problem. Richard helps us with all of our work cars. He shoots straight, only fixes what he thinks is needed and shares information so we can make appropriate decisions. Several times he's helped us check things out without a cost to us. It's no surprise that they are always busy here. It's a great place.

Honest & friendly!!! I have been lied to and overcharged as a young female getting work on my car at every other mechanic but then we found Mission Auto Repair! They are upfront and really try to squeeze in your repair asap. I will continue to be a loyal customer and thankful for all they do!

I have found an honest go-to mechanic. Richard is a courteous professional and he takes the time to be thorough and effective, and to help you know what your repair or maintenance will entail. I went to Mission Repair today for the first time today after going to the dealer for years. My sister recommended me this shop. I was highly impressed with the service I received and Richard's honesty. Richard and his employee explained to me in detail what my car need it.
