Mister D's Tire Shop

Mister D's is one of the best auto mechanic shops I have ever been too. It all starts with Trish, she is kind and thorough and takes an account of all your concerns. A complete inventory is taking off what's wrong with your car, and they run everything through their systems to check on any recalls and to make sure they service everything properly according to your vehicle. For somebody who does not know much about cars it's nice to know you have an option that is trustworthy and you don't need to worry about being taken advantage of. Super grateful I was referred to Mister D's. They are simply the best. #NormalNotAllowed

“Trish” assisted me during our visit. We paid 130$ for a “diagnosis” that does Not count towards labor. We had an issue with our A/C system blowing cold only at idle. They told me there was a restriction in the expansion valve. We paid over 500$ total for the repair. I got the car back and it was doing the EXACT same dang issue! I also immediately noticed poor workmanship on my plastic arrreal not being secured where they replaced the part.. I turned around and was back to the shop within 10 minutes and trish told me it is gonna be another 130$ to have it diagnosed again + whatever was actually wrong claiming their mechanic said it was working. this shop 3***ed me over 500$ getting my vehicle back in worse condition. DO NOT GO HERE HAPPENED 06/23/24 AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER.

Thanks to this place for the amazing customer service in my family's time of need. Traveling down the I -15 with a spare was not fun... Front desk lady was a sweet heart in meeting my kids needs at our time there and giving them water and offering to change the tv when we were waiting for them to change our tires. The staff that put on the tires was so nice as well. Needless to say I made it home to LA with a peice of mind. Thank you!

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon with a flat tire. Took care of it and I was back on the road without too much delay. Friendly and fair pricing. Manager was very helpful!

We had been on the road for 7weeks finally got to California 4 hrs from home and our belt broke, we had no power steering! We ended up here thought it was just a quick fix ended up being a little bigger job than we thought ! They actually had a technician come in on Sunday so they could fix our water pump and belt! Tricia was amazing very professional and nice! Will definitely be doing business with them again if we are ever in Barstow again! Thank you my husband will now be able to make his appt tomorrow ! Had to edit this review and only give it 1 star because the shop ended up stealing from us. We were quoted one price and when we went to pay Patricia stapled the receipt so we couldn’t see the tiotal. She then went on to say oh we had to charge you for 2 bottles of coolant and. That came out to an extra $104 ! My husband paid and we left. It wasn’t until later we realized that she had over charged us . They made a big deal about helping military families and gave us a discount for being a veteran but then ended up over charging us. Don’t do business here especially if you are in the military. When I called and asked about the over charge she said well that was for your parts. I said we paid for our parts and brought it in to you, Patricia also tried to tell me well that was for the belt , for the coolant , for labor but she had already charged me for that and couldn’t tell me what that extra amount was for. She straight up stole. The sad part was we were so grateful that the shop went out of their way and had the mechanic come in on Sunday just to fix it my husband was going to give them a $250 tip., however after she changed the amount and folded /stapled the receipt so we couldn’t see what she did he didn’t tip her. I she used the Bible on her desk as a prompt to so sad. I’m not sure if the owners are aware of her scams ! Buyer beware !
